Lakes and Lochs - 3 days  total 550 miles

 

Lakes and Lochs Tour combines our Day Rides to give a long weekend of contrasting roads and scenery, starting on a Friday. Chic B & B accommodation is arranged in the South Lakes and is two nights’ stay at the same location.

 

Day One

Day one is a snapshot of the English Lake District National Park.  Lakes, fells, passes – it’s all here!  It’s a leisurely pace with winding country lanes and a relaxed feel.

 

Day Two

Day two is set in the Yorkshire Dales. Whilst part of the route will be on small B roads through pretty villages, it also offers a ride through a technical mini-alpine section.

 

Day Three

Day three is across the borders to Scotland.  Enjoy fast A roads through rolling landscapes including a loch-side stop.  A visit a Scottish castle is also included in the package.
