Arran-Mull and Iona - 4 Days 670 Miles
Delightful tour of these Inner Hebridean islands, with terrific roads in this beautiful and accessible part of Scotland. There are 6 ferry crossings on this trip ranging from 15-55 minutes.
All accommodation is 3 or 4 star.
Arran is often called Scotland in miniature, because it comprises highlands in the north, moorland in the middle and sandy bays in the south. Yet it’s just sixty miles round by road and packed with chocolate-box charm. We overnight at a pretty harbour side village on Arran.
Crossing by ferry on to the Kintyre peninsula, we’ll enjoy spectacular roads and approach Mull from the north side. There are two overnight stops on Mull at colourful Tobermory, which allows a whole day to explore both Mull and lovely Iona. Part of the route follows roads used in the Mull Rally.
Price includes 3 course dinner, B & B; 6 ferry crossings and a distillery visit. Tour starts and ends at Gretna Green.
